City Lights Are Back On
If you didn’t notice, Ed Kemmick has returned to blogging again. He threatens us that his blogging will be different than before. We’ll see – old habits die hard.
Anyhow, I’m glad he’s back (regardless of his parochial journalistic liberalism.)
Will he post anonymous comments?
Dave: I can’t help it. I went to parochial school.
In reply to Swede: I always did post anonymous comments in the past. This time around, my blog is part of the larger community of the Gazette’s online stuff and I don’t even moderate the comments anymore. That is done by the online staff, as part of their regular duties, which includes moderating the thousands of comments posted every day on news stories. I’m still getting used to the Gazette’s redesign, so I’m sure it will take me about half a year to feel at home here again.
