What did we have before?
There is no question that putting Mike Wheat in Judge Warner’s place will be a move to the left.
It is interesting how the pendulum swings. We once had a court dominated by corporate interests. Now its gone completely the other direction.
I believe the trial lawyers campaigned for everyone that’s on the court now except Jim Rice.
