I was going to make another public records request related to the coal plant here in Great Falls, and to also try to get some information about the animal shelter.
Then I remembered the last year of public information requests:

Yes, we do need to keep our sense of humor about this!!
I think the SME co-ops are in total denial about the financial dilemna of
the HGS plant increases, but as Bertrand Russell said, “Some men would
rather die than think.” They have only to ’smell’ ECP’s losses to
realize they’re next………..what we’ll be left with on Salem Road is
an toxic, industrial relic, uncompleted, or if completed, only financially feasible
for short duration.
When citizens tried to get information on the financials, we had to interpolate/extrapolate data to reach the conclusion that HGS power
will NOT be cheaper that competitive utilties………..we welcome ECP’s ‘help’
to seek the truth…………..yep, back to your image…….

It’s so much more than an image…
A weeek ago you asked for our new commissioner Bill Bronson to help with this. If he as an attorney, like yourself, a concerned citizen, and an elected representative of this community cannot break down the public barriers of city hall, then I believe your animation will become reality.
Lets give him a while longer to try and get his arms around this mess. But keep up the pressure less he too succumb and become another nodding head.
Hopefully we will hear from him soon to let us know what if anything he will do?
